- An office will be reserved for you and a viewing arranged!
- You provide a copy of your ID and 2 business references
- A simple lease will be agreed with you and signed
- No rent increases for a minimum of 24 months, thereafter market review will take place
- A standing order commencing the agreed rent in 8 weeks is set up
- Management charges of circa €25 or less per week are payable from the start (covers, bins,security,common area cleaning, internal lighting,rates,management..)
- You trade away from the agreed start date and live happily ever after
