For Landlords
This is what you need to give us:
- Complete a Property Information Sheet detailing the properties features and all your contact details and the property contact details (Email Addresses are essential)
- Your Bank a/c number & sort code
- 2 sets of keys to be provided
- CPR Terms & Conditions to be signed
- It is the Responsibility of the owner to monitor rent being collected: 7 day rule as regards CPR involvement.
- Inventory of Contents: Owner to produce, and tenant checks it and signs it, in the event that the tenant does not agree with the listing they can write on the inventory all items they disagree with including condition of the property.
- ESB & MPRN numbers to be given, preferably a copy of the bill for the property & if a new property, a copy of the welcome letter from the ESB stating the MPRN & Account number for the property.
- Contact details of builder used to build the property if property is less then 1 year old.
- All fire alarm codes, keys & systems to be given to CPR & if the property is managed by someone other then Clifden Property Rental all details of Property Manager to be given to CPR & the new tenant.
- Preferred maintenance persons if relevant,Electrician,Plumber,Carpenter, Handy Man,Painter or Any other person who deals with the property maintenance
- A BER Certificate must be provided
Notes
The property will not be advertised or leased by Clifden Property Rental until all of the above details have been given & signed.
What you should know:
All long term tenancies must be registered with the Residential Tenancies Board if you wish to protect your rights and avail of mortgage interest relief
