Rent Rates Lowest in 5 years

 The longer you sign up for the better the deal, however a well located and maintained property will always rent quicker than others, simply due to the convenience in getting to it. It's not all about price.
There are plenty of properties for rent, but nothing stays unlet for too long around the town.  Rents have not increased in the past 2 years, but no serious decreases either.
