What a Tenant needs to provide:
- Complete an Info Sheet stating their home address, phone number, email address, property they are seeking
- Provide bank account details for Rent and ESB
- 1 Reference from prior landlord or Job employer for each occupant
- Copy of passport/driving license
- PPS number
- Security Deposit and 1 months rent
- If under 21, we seeking a guarantor for the lease
